Glyoxylic Acid Application:

Glyoxalic acid is a kind of basic raw material in orgaric chemical industry. Ethyl vanillin manufactured from it is widely used for adjusting and fixing agent of fragrance, and as daily expenses dssence, and to endow food with sweet smeu.

In pharmaceutical field, glyoxylic acid is used in preparing DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine (raw natural of some penicillin medicine),p-hydroxyphenylacetamide (use to manufacture atisine-working substance of cardio-vascular drug and hypertension drug), p-hydroxypenyl acid and DL-p-hydroxyphenylhydantion.
