H -1 high precision grinding fluid

Product Component:
This product is a ionic cutting and grinding fluid which is produced by compounding the water-soluble antirust agent, ionic surfactant, lubricant additive, disinfectant, antiseptic and so on.
Product Characteristic:
Easy for use, can noticeable increase the surface smoothness of the work pieces, reduce the wear and tear of the grinding wheel and environmental pollution, enhance the grinding efficiency and prolong the use cycle.
Use:
This product is the grinding fluid for the high precision grinding machine, also is suitable for the plain grinding machine and the centerless grinder.
Directions for Use:
1. When grinding, uses the general running water to prepare into 3-5% dilute solution then use. When cutting process, the prepared concentration is 10 - 15%.
2 .When use, should pay attention to the PH value and the active component concentration, periodically add new prepared working fluid. If it degenerated or became smelly, should change it absolutely.

200kg iron drum; 25kg plastic drum. Please store in room above the temperature of 0 °C.
